great access to beaches and nearby attractions

the convenient location allowed us to easily explore various landmarks like Spiaggia di Arenella and the historic village of Borgo Vecchio di Cassibile, making our weekend strolls exceptionally enjoyable while providing a clean and friendly atmosphere throughout our stay.

The grounds were beautifully landscaped with gorgeous gardens and direct beach access. Plenty of activities for kids in a family-friendly setting.

Some services, like the dinner wait times, could be better coordinated to improve the dining experience.

the food was amazin and always fresh! the pools were super nice and big, got plenty of space to chill. our room was large with a comfy bed and private terrace. the staff were friendly and helpful. the resort kept clean for the most part.

it was kinda noisy at night and the air con in our room didn’t work so well. also, snacks at the bar weren’t included in the all-inclusive deal, which was a bummer.

Consider more consistency in food offerings!!! Improve shuttle bus scheduling to allow for more convenient access to Syracuse!!! Enhance soundproofing in rooms to reduce noise disturbances from other guests!!!

Pools clean with plenty of space to relax. Entertainment staff not very engaging, mostly in Italian. I found the themed dinner nights enjoyable, but some food items were underwhelming. Overall decent experience.

Despite basic room accommodations, the quality of the beds was commendable. the noise from inconsiderate guests returning late was disruptive, and undercooked food on certain occasions raised concerns. The all-inclusive drink options were lacking, leading to an unsatisfactory experience overall.

The room was spacious, though the a la carte service was disappointingly slow.
